Bluechip at Clemson: 200' Feet Up

Bluechip Media Group wrapped up our final week of shooting this past Saturday at Clemson. The trip was highlighted by Brad Kremer climbing a 200' foot Stadium Light pole to set a 6 Hour Time Lapse shot. We all thought he was nuts... but it was well worth it.

The shot captured a bird’s eye view of tailgating, pregame activities, “The most exciting 25 seconds in college football” tradition, game action, a stunning sunset and Clemson’s fans crashing the field after the game.

Bluechip Wishes Happy Retirement to Our Client & Friend, Coach Bill Curry

This Saturday, Coach Bill Curry – legendary coach, player, speaker, author, Super Bowl champion, ESPN analyst, leader, award winner and all around great guy – will wrap up his coaching career as he leads the Georgia State Panthers into one last game against Maine.

Coach Curry is retiring after more than 36 years of coaching, and last weekend Bluechip had the honor of attending a ceremony in which the Panthers locker room was dedicated and named the William “Bill” Curry Locker Room.

Over the past few years many Bluechip staff members have had the opportunity to meet Coach Curry, and there is one thing we can all agree on – he is a special type of person that has the ability to motivate and inspire everyone he comes in contact with.

On behalf of everyone here at Bluechip: Coach Curry, we wish you the absolute very best and we truly feel honored to have had the chance to work with you over the past four years.

Bluechip Announces New Partnership with Nations of Coaches

Bluechip is proud to announce that they have formed a new partnership with the Nations of Coaches, an organization whose goal is helping basketball coaches deal with the everyday pressure to produce and win.

The organization, founded seven years ago by Jim Haney of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), helps lead coaches into greater success in both their sport and lives, and helps them become effective leaders.

“Nations of Coaches is a great organization with commendable goals, and they have had many impressive success stories,” said Steve Kennedy, CEO and Founder of Bluechip. “We are honored to work with them.”

Nations of Coaches is somewhere a coach can go for support, whether about the technical aspects of the game, help with a player problem or spiritual guidance. They focus on reaching out to coaches and being available to support them in many different ways.

"We are excited to work with Bluechip, and feel confident that they can help us achieve our goals,” said Tommy Kyle, Executive Director of Nations of Coaches. “Our partnership with Bluechip will enable us to get our message out to a much broader audience, and in turn, support even more coaches.”
